Ingredients for making simple pot brigadeiro:
1 can of condensed milk
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of butter
How to Make Simple Pot Brigadeiro:
To prepare the simple pan brigadeiro, start by gathering the ingredients. I chose to use cocoa instead of chocolate or chocolate, as condensed milk is sweet enough.
Place the condensed milk and cocoa powder over medium heat. Mix it very well and, when you notice that it is thickening, turn the heat down and do not stop stirring until it is very thick, as in the photograph (this process could take 20 minutes).
Transfer the pan brigadeiro to a buttered dish and let it cool.
As soon as the brigadeiro is cold or warm, remove pieces and shape into balls with your hands greased with butter. Wrap in cocoa powder, chocolate confectionery, grated coconut or other.
Set it aside in the fridge for about 30 minutes, to set, and your simple pan brigadeiro will be ready and delicious!
